Digital Pass and Digital Pass Plus FAQs
How do I purchase the Digital Pass or Digital Pass Plus? Simply purchase the pass through our website here and we'll send you a link to all of the files included in your pass.
Once I pay for the pass, how do I access the content? Once you purchase the Digital Pass or Digital Pass Plus, we'll send you a link that will enable you to access all of the files included with your pass. Simply download the files to your computer and they are yours to keep - forever!
Are there any renewal fees for continued access to the content? No. Once you purchase your Digital Pass or Digital Pass Plus, the files included with your pass are yours to keep in perpetuity.
Can I share the files with other people? You may not copy files and share them with other people. Your purchase includes a license to use the videos on up to two devices (unless noted below). However, the Digital Pass and Digital Pass Plus provide you with the rights to/for:
- Non-commercial broadcast for live webinars, from a single machine to an unlimited number of people. For example, gather your entire team and watch/participate in a live webinar in a single location;
- Post Animated Videos on your social media sites (learn more about how we can customize the videos with your organization's name, logo, and contact info. Perfect for public health campaigns and social media outreach to your community);
- Non-commercial public performance for Moment to Moment: Teens Growing Up with FASDs. Wonderful for staff training, community events, client/administrative education;
- Non-commercial public performance rights for all digital download webinars.
Does my Digital Pass or Digital Pass Plus include all digital content produced by NTI Upstream in the past and in the future? The 2018 Digital Pass and Digital Pass Plus includes all of the content listed as part of your pass, which you can find here. It does not include any future content or content not listed as part of your pass. However, as a Digital Pass or Digital Pass Plus holder you will have the option to purchase future passes at significantly reduced prices. For example, current pass holders will be able to purchase the 2019 Digital Pass and Digital Pass Plus for only $150.
Are there refunds for the Digital Pass and Digital Pass Plus? Due to the digital nature of the content, we are not able to extend any refunds or exchanges for either the Digital Pass or the Digital Pass Plus. All sales are final.
What file format are the videos in? All of the files are provided in .mp4 format.
Which devices are the files compatible with? The files are compatible on all devices.
