Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at NTI Upstream. You may return most items sold and distributed by NTI Upstream within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  A proof of purchase/receipt must be provided with the returned product in order to receive your refund.

All sales of digital content are final. No refunds will be provided for digital sales. This includes digital books, e-books, videos, animations, articles, and the Digital Pass and Digital Pass Plus.

You should expect to receive your refund within fifteen business days of NTI Upstream receiving your returned package, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

All items that are returned must be in new or re-sell-able condition in order to receive a full refund. Damaged items, excluding damage caused by initial shipping from NTI Upstream's warehouse to your shipping address at time of purchase, are not eligible to receive a refund.  Items returned after the initial 30-day period after purchase are not eligible for refund. 

Digital Pass and Digital Pass Plus: Refunds are not available for both the Digital Pass and the Digital Pass Plus. All Digital Pass and Digital Pass Plus sales are final.

Digital Downloads (video, webinar, animated content, etc.): Refunds are not available for any of our Digital Downloads. All Digital Download sales are final.

Digital Books, E-Books, etc.: Refunds are not available for any of our Digital Books, E-Books, etc. All digital book, e-book, and other digital sales are final. 

Webinars: NTI Upstream must receive a cancellation/request for refund at least 24 hours prior to the start of the Webinar. Refunds will not be given after a webinar is completed. It is each individual's responsibility to ensure that they have the proper technical capability to participate in the webinar. Unless experienced/exhibited/or demonstrated by NTI Upstream, technical difficulties are not the responsibility of NTI Upstream and will not warrant a refund. Please ensure that your spam filter or firewall is not limiting or blocking your access to the webinar.

How will my refund be issued?

If you paid by Credit Card, your refund will be issued back to your card
If you paid by Check, your refund will be issued by check
If you paid by Money Order, your refund will be issued by check
If you paid by Purchase Order, your refund will be issued by check
