Thank you for viewing the three pre-recorded sessions for the Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS) Symposium.

This evaluation will review the content covered in those three sessions.

You must correctly answer at least 8 out of 10 questions to pass. You can retake the evaluation up to two times to achieve a passing grade.

Continuing education participants must receive a passing grade (and complete the post-event satisfaction survey) in order to receive education credit for the Symposium.

Please submit your responses no later than 5pm on October 12.

Thank you for completing all four sessions of the Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome Symposium.

This survey will help the Mercer County Overdose Prevention Workgroup and the University of Pittsburgh's Program Evaluation and Research Unit improve our community events in the future.

Continuing education participants must complete this satisfaction survey in order to receive education credit for the Symposium.
